What is delivered
The product for sale is a single pack: the analysis of three competitors you choose, delivered as a private dashboard with restricted access.
Each of the three competitors includes the twelve sections described in the "What you get" section of this same page: overview, growth, strategy, hooks, brand, business and funnel, revenue, audience, ads, top content, reputation and action plan.
The report is a snapshot of the competitor at the time of analysis, not a panel that refreshes itself after delivery.
Delivery time
7 business days from when the owner receives the complete briefing: the three competitors to analyze and the buyer's industry. If the briefing arrives incomplete, the countdown starts once it is completed.
Price and VAT
Launch price: €749.99. List price: €900, applicable once the launch phase closes.
The price shown includes Value Added Tax (VAT) at the legally applicable rate. As a general rule, the Spanish rate (21%) applies to buyers acting as consumers in Spain; consumers in other EU countries are charged the VAT of their country of residence under the One Stop Shop (OSS) scheme; business buyers with a valid intra-EU VAT number may be subject to the reverse charge mechanism, with no VAT shown on the invoice.
The invoice is issued in the buyer's name once payment is confirmed, using the tax details they provide.
Payment method
Payment is made by credit or debit card through Stripe, an external payment gateway. The buyer enters their card details directly into Stripe, never on this site.
The service is billed as a one time payment; there are no recurring charges or subscription.
Right of withdrawal
If you buy as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from the purchase to withdraw without having to justify your decision, under articles 102 and following of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
Exception applicable to this service: the analysis is digital content and a digital service that begins to be produced once payment is confirmed, at the buyer's express request. By confirming the purchase, the buyer expressly requests that the service begin during the withdrawal period and acknowledges that they will lose their right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, under articles 103.a) and 103.m) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
If the buyer withdraws before the service has been fully performed, they must pay the proportional part of the work already carried out up to the point they communicate their decision.
This right of withdrawal applies to buyers acting as consumers. Purchases made by companies or professionals acting within their business activity are governed by these same terms, without the withdrawal regime reserved for consumers.
