What is delivered

There are two one-time services. Radar Express analyses one competitor chosen by the buyer and delivers five prioritised findings across content, offer and active ads, the main opportunity, and a 20-minute interpretation call.

The full Radar analyses three competitors chosen by the buyer and is delivered as a private dashboard with restricted access. Each competitor includes the twelve sections described in the "What you get" section of this same page: overview, growth, strategy, hooks, brand, business and funnel, revenue, audience, ads, top content, reputation and action plan.

The report is a snapshot of the competitor at the time of analysis, not a panel that refreshes itself after delivery.

Use of the report

The delivered report belongs to the buyer. If the buyer is a consultant, an agency or a professional working for third parties, they are expressly authorised to fold the report into their own work, hand it to their client, present it under their own brand and bill it within their own fees, with no further authorisation from the owner and nothing extra to pay.

That authorisation covers the delivered report, not the method used to produce it. The buyer is not authorised to market the analysis as a recurring service of their own, that is, to offer third parties the production of reports using this method, nor to present themselves as the author of the method. If that is the intended use, it must be agreed in writing with the owner by writing to info@ivanlopezdev.es.

The owner claims no share of whatever the buyer charges their client for the work the report is folded into.

Delivery time

Radar Express: 72 business hours from when the owner receives the complete briefing, consisting of the competitor to analyse and the buyer's industry.

Full Radar: 7 business days from when the owner receives the complete briefing, consisting of the three competitors to analyse and the buyer's industry. If the briefing arrives incomplete, the relevant countdown starts once it is completed.

Price and taxes

The price is made up of a €100 base per engagement plus €100 for each profile analysed. Radar Express (one profile): €200. Full Radar (three profiles): €400.

If a Radar Express buyer upgrades to the full Radar within 14 calendar days of Express delivery, the €200 already paid is deducted from the full Radar price then in force. The upgrade must be requested in writing at info@ivanlopezdev.es and applies once to the same buyer and engagement.

The owner is a self-employed individual established in the Canary Islands and registered under the Special Regime for Small Businesses and Professionals (REPEP) of the Canary Islands General Indirect Tax (IGIC). Under that regime their supplies are exempt and no IGIC is charged, so the price shown is the final amount the buyer pays and the invoice carries the corresponding exemption note.

The Canary Islands fall outside the territorial scope of European Union Value Added Tax, so these supplies are not subject to Spanish VAT, nor to the One Stop Shop (OSS) scheme for consumers in other EU countries, nor to the intra-EU VAT reverse charge.

If the owner should cease to be covered by the REPEP in the future, the advertised price will remain the final amount the buyer pays: any tax will be calculated within that amount and never added on top.

The invoice is issued in the buyer's name once payment is confirmed, using the tax details they provide.

Payment method

Payment is made by credit or debit card through Stripe, an external payment gateway. The buyer enters their card details directly into Stripe, never on this site.

The service is billed as a one time payment; there are no recurring charges or subscription.

Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from the purchase to withdraw without having to justify your decision, under articles 102 and following of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

Exception applicable to this service: the analysis is digital content and a digital service that begins to be produced once payment is confirmed, at the buyer's express request. By confirming the purchase, the buyer expressly requests that the service begin during the withdrawal period and acknowledges that they will lose their right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, under articles 103.a) and 103.m) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

If the buyer withdraws before the service has been fully performed, they must pay the proportional part of the work already carried out up to the point they communicate their decision.

This right of withdrawal applies to buyers acting as consumers. Purchases made by companies or professionals acting within their business activity are governed by these same terms, without the withdrawal regime reserved for consumers.

Traceability guarantee

The owner voluntarily offers, at no extra cost and in addition to any statutory right, a commercial guarantee on the traceability of the report: every measured figure is delivered together with the public source it comes from, and every estimate is delivered together with the assumptions used to calculate it.

If within the 14 calendar days following delivery of the dashboard the buyer identifies a single figure in the report accompanied by neither its source nor its assumptions, and reports it in writing to info@ivanlopezdev.es stating the section and the specific data point, the owner will refund 100% of the amount paid. The refund is issued through the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from acceptance of the claim.

This guarantee covers the traceability of the data, not whether an estimate turns out to be right nor how novel the content is for the buyer: an estimate whose assumptions are written down meets the guarantee even if the buyer disagrees with the result.

This commercial guarantee is additional and does not limit or replace the rights granted to the buyer by consumer protection law, including those concerning any lack of conformity of the digital content or service.
