What data is collected

The data you fill in on the personalized demo request form: name, email, company, the competitors you want analyzed and, if you write one, an additional message.

The data needed to process payment when you buy the pack: you enter it directly into Stripe, the payment gateway, and this site never receives or stores it. What is stored is that the payment was made, its amount and the payment session identifier, so the invoice can be issued and the service delivered.

A random identifier (UUID) generated in your browser and stored in the device's local storage (localStorage), without using cookies. Alongside it: the page's language, the path visited, the page you came from (referrer) and, if you arrive with utm_source, utm_medium or utm_campaign parameters, those same parameters. This site does not collect or store your IP address anywhere in its code.

What it's used for

To reply to your personalized demo request.

To manage the purchase, the delivery of the service and invoicing.

To measure, in aggregate, how the site is used (visits, demo section views, checkouts started, payments and requests) and improve the landing page. This measurement is first party, uses no third party cookies and does not cross data with other sites.

Legal basis

Performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, to handle your request and manage the purchase.

The owner's legitimate interest in understanding aggregate use of their own site in order to improve it, given that the measurement uses no third party cookies, does not cross sites and does not include your IP address.

Retention period

Data from a demo request that doesn't turn into a purchase is kept while the conversation is ongoing and deleted if there's no reply within a reasonable time, unless you request its deletion sooner.

Data tied to a purchase and its invoice is kept for the period required by Spanish commercial and tax law, generally several years from the invoice date.

The visitor identifier and measurement events are kept for as long as the site needs them for aggregate analysis; they are not linked to your identity unless you provide it yourself by filling in the form or making a purchase.

Data processors

Supabase: hosts the database where measurement events, demo requests and payment records are stored.

Stripe: processes the payment and manages the card data and invoicing tied to the purchase; this site never receives or stores your card data.

Vercel: hosts and serves this website. At the infrastructure level, Vercel processes your IP address for security, abuse mitigation and platform logging purposes, even though this site's own code never collects or stores it.

These three providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; when this happens, it is done under the safeguards required by European law, such as standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection, as well as portability and restriction of processing, by writing to info@ivanlopezdev.es stating which right you want to exercise and attaching a document that proves your identity.

If you believe the processing of your data does not comply with the law, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
