The method

Measured and claimed, never mixed

Every figure in the report carries a label: measured directly, or an estimate with its assumptions written next to it. The difference shows in how the report itself is written, not just in a disclaimer at the bottom.

Measured

Figures pulled straight from the public source: followers, views, published prices, active ads on Meta. You can check them yourself.

Claimed

Estimates, such as revenue. They carry their assumptions in writing next to them: change the assumption and the number changes with it.

  1. 1

    You pick the competitors

You choose all three, not an algorithm.

  2. 2

    We gather the public trail

Content, funnel, running ads and reputation, network by network.

  3. 3

We measure and verify by hand

Every figure is checked before it goes into the report.

  4. 4

    We separate measured from claimed

And deliver the dashboard with the source next to every figure.

Terms of sale

What's included in the full Radar

  • A private dashboard per competitor, deployed with restricted access.
  • Twelve full sections for each of the three competitors.
  • Delivery in 7 business days from the briefing.
  • Every figure with its source next to it.

What's not included in either option

  • Ongoing updates after delivery. It's a snapshot of the competitor at that point in time, not a panel that refreshes itself.
  • Managing your strategy. The report gives you the data to decide; running it is on you.
  • Data the competitor doesn't make public. If a profile doesn't give enough, the report says so.

Where the cost goes

Most of the price is manual, figure by figure verification: Instagram and YouTube's partial block don't offer a clean API, so every number is checked by hand before it enters the report. It's not text generated on autopilot.

Fit

Who this is for

This is for you if

  • You compete for the same audience as other creators or brands and want to know what they're doing differently.
  • You're going to make a real decision with this: adjust your offer, your pricing or your content.
  • You'd rather have a measured figure with its source than an opinion about your competitor.

This isn't for you if

  • You're looking for ongoing surveillance of your competitor, not a point in time snapshot.
  • Your competitor has no measurable public presence: private profiles, no activity.
  • You want someone to run the strategy for you, not hand you the data to decide it yourself.
  • You're looking for a generic market report without specific competitors you've chosen.

What the people who have already used it say

I went site by site checking every claim in the report. It all holds up. […] Nothing invented, no inflated figures.

Who does it

Who runs the analysis

I'm Iván López, freelance AI engineer. Three years building with LLMs and more than fifteen building digital products for banking, retail, aviation, healthcare and logistics.

The Radar isn't generated by a model, and I sign it: every figure that makes it into the report is checked by hand against its source before I write it down. That is why it takes seven days and why it costs what it costs.

FAQ

Before you write in, you already know this

Q01How long does it take

Radar Express is delivered within 72 business hours of receiving the briefing with one competitor and your industry. The full Radar is delivered within 7 business days of receiving all three competitors and your industry.

Q02What happens if a competitor doesn't have enough data

If a network doesn't give enough public information (private profile, no activity, no detectable ads) the report says so. No figure gets invented to fill the gap.

Q03What if the report tells me nothing I don't already know

When your briefing reaches me I check that all three competitors leave enough of a public trail for a report with substance. If a whole competitor falls short, I tell you before I start on them and we swap them for another one; if what's missing is one specific network, the report says so in place and doesn't fill the gap. What I can't promise is that it will surprise you: part of the value is confirming with numbers what today is a hunch, and seeing which of those hunches doesn't hold up.

Q04Who owns the report

You do, and you can resell it. If you're a consultant or an agency, the pack is built to be raw material for your own work: hand it to your client, bill it inside your fees and put your own brand on it, with no permission to ask for and nothing extra to pay me. The only thing you can't sell is the method: the report is yours, the way it gets made isn't.

Q05Do you issue an invoice

Yes. The price shown is the final amount, with no tax added, and an invoice is issued with your tax details once payment is confirmed.

Q06Can I see the ads my competitors are running

Yes. The Ads section covers what each competitor has running in the Meta Ad Library at the time of the analysis. If they have none running, the report says so: that is a finding too.

Q07Doesn't an analytics tool already do this

A tool gives you the dashboard and the job of checking it every day. This is the job already done: three competitors analysed by hand, with the source next to every figure and an action plan at the end. If what you want is continuous monitoring, a tool serves you better than this.
